The Indianapolis arts community again is breathing a collective sigh of relief after learning the city is not expected to reduce its funding in 2011.
Seriously?!
It’s a sad day when an arts community sighs in relief over keeping $1M in funding instead of getting pissed as hell that they only rank high enough on a priority list to be allocated a paltry 0.1% of a $1.1 BILLION budget.
